Draft: Add Correction factor to outflow boundary

In https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0898122123005904 a correction factor for the outflow boundary condition is shown. This correction factor aims to add a condition on the density/pressure, which ensures that the density stays close to a user input.
