Shan Chen Issue
I cleaned up a TODO that was left in the new Shan Chen Tutorials.
However, I found a new problem: the multi-phase version did not consistently take the force-dependent velocity shift into account during initialization. Is this intended?
When I switch to the seemingly 'correct' initialization the test fails.

Ok, then Ι use the workaround.
However, it is not completely clear to me - my line of thought is the following:
- the initialization contains density gradients
- these gradients lead to a non-zero force
- in regions with non-zero force there should also be a velocity shift when Guo is used
With the workaround this velocity shift is ignored.
