Added second order moment getter

Added the second order moment getter to calculate the pressure tensor, which is needed for the ESPResSo walberla bridge.

There a lot of test cases failing due to these changes. Could you please take a look at the reason for that.

Furthermore, could you please add a small test case that tests the second-order moment getter?

added a testcase which tests the second moment under shear flow condition (similar to the lb_shear.py testcase in espresso). However some correction factor for the off-diagonal elements still needs to be figured out.
