Display pytest results in Gitlab

As per https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/unit_test_reports.html#python-example and https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/merge_requests/test_coverage_visualization.html#python-example. Same as pystencils!205 (merged).
