Fixing #38: replaced interpolate( 0 ) with setToZero() again in inv diag... 

Fixing #38: replaced interpolate( 0 ) with setToZero() again in inv diag kernel type. Also extended test such that the diagonal is assemble more than once (without this fix that failed).
