Is this still relevant for lbmpy?
@Bindgen is actually working on this right now and has a working prototype. He will soon provide a merge request and a jupyter notebook showing how to use it.
I need to finish one last test case for the interpolation of across the boundaries. Then we can open a pull request. I think this should be doable until the end of this / next week.
